Our Nurse Facilitators will play a crucial part in delivering our group programs under the guidance of the national program manager and in conjunction with our psychiatrists and allied health team. As a member of our multidisciplinary treatment team, we respect and value your expertise. We collaborate with you to deliver mental health programs of the highest standard, never been seen before.
Your responsibilitiesAs a nurse facilitator working in our Avive Clinic inpatient setting you will be responsible for:
- delivery of our psycho-education and skills based group programs
- individual patient orientation to group programs on an as needs basis
- individual patient discharge planning on an as needs basis
- multidisciplinary team meetings
- liaising with psychiatrists and the allied health team
- maintaining case notes
Experience in a mental health setting is beneficial, but not essential. All programs have detailed facilitator guides and patient workbooks and training will be delivered to you to ensure you feel safe and comfortable to deliver our innovative group programs.
