Nurse Facilitators (Full Time And Part Time)

An exciting opportunity exists for registered nurses or endorsed enrolled nurses to expand their skill set and gain experience in facilitating Avive Health’s innovative group programs at our Avive Clinic Mornington Peninsula. Part time or full time positions are available.

Our Nurse Facilitators will play a crucial part in delivering our group programs under the guidance of the national program manager and in conjunction with our psychiatrists and allied health team. As a member of our multidisciplinary treatment team, we respect and value your expertise. We collaborate with you to deliver mental health programs of the highest standard, never been seen before. 

As a nurse facilitator working in our Avive Clinic inpatient setting you will be responsible for:

• delivery of our psycho-education and skills based group programs
• individual patient orientation to group programs on an as needs basis
• individual patient discharge planning on an as needs basis
• multidisciplinary team meetings
• liaising with psychiatrists and the allied health team
• maintaining case notes

Experience in a mental health setting is beneficial, but not essential.
