Maintaining a professional development portfolio with a commitment to ongoing learning and development is essential.REQUIREMENTS1. **Current Registration with AHPRA or In-Principle Approval:**- Valid and current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) or in-principle approval to practice nursing in Australia.2. **Experience:**- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a Critical Care or Emergency Nursing environment, demonstrating hands-on experience and competency in urgent care settings.3. **Educational Qualifications:**- Post Graduate Certificate in Emergency Nursing is desired, or evidence of working towards this qualification.
