We are seeking an experienced candidate for a Nurse Manager position at Helping Solutions in Perth, WA, on a full-time basis.

About the role
As a Nurse Manager, you will demonstrate leadership capability and experience in a similar role, being passionate about providing exceptional care to our participants on a permanent full-time basis. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure that our services are aligned with the needs and goals of our clients.
Tasks and responsibilities will include:
- Providing clinical leadership across the company, together with management of all clinical functions to ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and high-quality care.
- Ensuring all care documentation is up to date, with appropriate strategies implemented.
- Supporting participants and their families by addressing queries, comments, suggestions, or concerns.
- Managing, monitoring and mentoring the team in the provision of quality care.
- Contributing to the achievement of established goals and objectives with a continuous focus on improvement.
Essential criteria to be successful in this role:
- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
- Experience working in Disability Care within the community setting.
- Leadership experience in aged care or disability care, with the ability to influence others to deliver outstanding care and customer service.
- High level of clinical knowledge.
- Sound understanding of Aged Care and Disability Quality Standards and quality management systems.
- Full Australian working rights and ability to pass a national police clearance.

- CPR & First Aid Certification
- Your own vehicle & current driver’s license
- National Police Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Approval
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- Working with Children Check
- You must have Australian working rights
