As the Nurse Manager - Service ImprovementProject Officeror Principal Project Officer - Service Improvement you will provide clinical insight, project and stakeholder management to support the Executive Director and Executive Service to achieve high quality project and clinical redesign delivery outcomes. You will be required to manage and coordinate various project initiatives using up-to-date clinical knowledge and best practices, whilst promoting continuous improvement of service delivery across the Health Service.

* initiate, lead, manage and evaluate agreed strategic service planning initiatives
* utilise advanced knowledge and experience of contemporary evidence-based practice and clinical service delivery models in primary and/or acute health care to strategically to achieve redesign and innovative solutions to complex connecting care issues
* lead change through improvement activities in a complex environment
