About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Provide leadership within a legal, professional and ethical framework that ensures contemporary consumer/person centred care and staff management practices.
- Collaborate in the application and evaluation of contemporary human, material and financial resource management for the multidisciplinary environment.
- Accountable for promoting effective and cost-efficient management of hospital resources and services in collaboration with the Nurse Unit Managers within GARS.
- Support the application and evaluation of contemporary human resource, material and financial management principles, including the Business Planning Framework and Nurses and Midwives Award provisions.
- Contribute to organisational key objectives and performance indicators.
