We currently have a diverse mixture of key positions available, ranging from Medical Staff Specialists, Senior Medical Registrars, Nurse Unit Managers, Associate Nurse Unit Managers, Nurse Practitioners, Registered Nurses, Allied Health professionals (incorporating Senior Social Workers, Senior Physiotherapists and Senior Occupational Therapists) to a dedicated full time Program Support Officer.We are small enough in Tasmania for you to make a real difference every day. - Within a primary health care framework and in accordance with Agency policy and procedures the Nurse Practitioner (NP) is responsible, within the defined scope of practice, for high level clinical leadership in the development, provision and evaluation of the Hospital in the Home (HiTH) Service within Primary Health North that ensures optimal patient/client/family and community outcomes.
- The NP is responsible for evaluating and implementing changes to clinical practice, initiating research and quality improvement activities and will act as a leader, advisor and mentor for other nurses and clinicians to ensure high level clinical excellence in the field of chronic, complex care.
- Multiple Permanent, full time and part time, shift-worker position working up to 76 hours per fortnight commencing as soon as possible
- Fixed term, casual, shift-worker position working as and when required, commencing as soon as possible for a twelve month period

- Salary range is in accordance with Nurses and Midwives (Tasmanian State Service) Agreement 2023 and Nurses and Midwives (Tasmanian State Service) Interim Agreement 2013
