are recruiting Nurse Practitioners for positions around Regional Western Australia!In this role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering high-quality nursing care to a diverse patient population within the General Practice. You will work collaboratively with the team of healthcare professionals to ensure new and existing clinic patients receive the best possible care and support.
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients across the lifespan, including health assessments, vaccinations, wound care, and chronic disease management.
- Prescribe treatments, order tests, and diagnose patient
- Assist with clinical procedures and treatments under the direction of our medical staff, maintaining strict adherence to clinical protocols and best practice guidelines.
- Manage patient records accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and clinic policies.
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans tailored to the individual needs of our patients.
- Act as a resource and advocate for patients and their families, providing education and support to promote health and wellness.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and clinic efficiency.

Selection Criteria:
- Fully qualified and AHPRA Registered Nurse
- Experience working within a General Practice
- Immunisation Certificate will be high regarded
- The ability to obtain a National Police Clearance and Working with Children Check
