.Southern Illawarra Child & FamilyHealth Service is a part of the Division of Kids & Families. You will be working within the interconnected and high-performing CFHN leadership team. You are expected to work across multiple facilities across the Southern Illawarra CFH Service. You will be leading the team to actively work towards maintaining a health workplace culture. You will be supporting staff who are working with families with complex health and social issues which has the potential for exposure to trauma.
