Our client is focused on the delivery of exceptional, best practice nursing care to ensure excellent clinical outcomes. This 6 bed ICU boasts 24/7 RMO support & cares for a Medical and Surgical patient mix including post operative General, Orthopaedic, Gynaecology, Urology and Maxillofacial Surgical procedures in a Private Hospital Setting.
About you
- Minimum 5years ICU nursing experience.
- Post Graduate Certificate Critical Care.
- Previous leadership experience including ANUM, NUM, CNC, CNL2
- Strong focus on key relationships with ICU VMOs, staff, patients & families.
- Demonstrated experience in workforce management, patient occupancy & LOS.
- Knowledge in the Australian Standards & participation in the accreditation process.
- Previous experience in managing Unit based budget and KPIs (desirable)
