With two main acute facilities based at Leongatha and Korumburra, GSHS offers a broad range of specialist, general, acute, subacute, ambulatory, residential aged care and community services.

About the Role

GSHS seeks applications from suitably qualified, highly skilled and motivated nursing managers to provide clinical leadership in a 36-bed residential aged care facility. The position reports to the Director of Nursing Leongatha.

About You

Applicants should possess the following qualifications/experience:

• Current registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) as a Registered Nurse (minimum 5 years postgraduate experience)
• Have previous NUM/ANUM (minimum 2 years) experience in a residential care facility.
• Working knowledge of RiskMan and Equip Quality Standards an advantage.
• Working knowledge of MANAD and Aged Care Standards.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
• A commitment to high-quality resident care.
• Clinical and administrative leadership.
• Demonstrated experience in implementing and sustaining change.
• Evidence of ongoing self-development.
