In this leadership position, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of community nursing services across; District Nurse Services, Community Health Nurses, Central Intake and Planned Activity Groups.
What you will do:
- Provide clinical leadership, support, and training to your team.
- Oversee service coordination and identify opportunities to improve service delivery.
- Foster collaboration with health professionals, community groups, and agencies.
- Ensure services meet diversity, wellness, and reablement goals.
- Manage staff performance, development, and rosters.
- Uphold high standards of quality, safety, and risk management.
- Contribute to the success of Community Programs through strategic initiatives.
What you bring:
- AHPRA Registered Nurse with extensive community nursing experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
