A fantastic chance awaits a skilled and dynamic Nursing Manager to join the professional team of the brand-new Rehabilitation Ward, including Tyromotion Robotics at a private hospital in regional NSW. This pivotal leadership role is offered on a Full-Time basis.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Director of Clinical Services, you will work with and support nursing staff in achieving excellence in care delivery in line with best practice and legislative requirements.
The successful candidate will supervise, lead, direct, and motivate staff to achieve outcomes with the ability to manage financial and human resources. You will effectively manage roster processes, allocate duties for nursing staff, proactively increase occupancy where possible and provide a positive, safe, learning environment.
The new Rehabilitation space will allow the manager the opportunity to work with the Executive to grown the services provided.
REQUIREMENTS
- Current AHPRA registration;
- Demonstrated extensive clinical skills and experience as a Clinical Nurse or Nurse Unit Manager delivering high standards of clinical care utilising specialist knowledge;
- Post graduate Clinical Nursing qualification (or currently working towards);
- Minimum of 3 years of management or team-leading experience;
- Be professional and highly motivated with a passion for enhancing staff engagement;
- Proven effective communication and interpersonal skills in a multidisciplinary environment.
