Nursery Hand (Permanent)

Australian Greenlife Group (AGG) is a leading supplier of potted plants to both retail and commercial clients across Australia. AGG owns and manages three wholesale nurseries located at Sandy Beach and Alstonville NSW, and Ningi QLD.  

Our Alstonville nursery has a vacancy for a permanent Nursery Hand to undertake various tasks involved in the production process. 

The position is 38 hours per week and is a permanent position. Some flexibility regarding work hours is negotiable.

Tasks occur outdoors within our purpose-built greenhouses and shade houses. Previous experience working in a nursery or horticultural enterprise is preferred but not essential.  You will be trained and work with an experienced team of people across all facets of the production process including but not limited to transplanting, stock maintenance, movement of stock throughout the nursery, pest management, and picking & packing of orders.

• Able to work outdoors in all weather
• Physically fit as the tasks are physically demanding
