A world leader in plant development and distribution is looking for a Nursery Hand to join their team. You will have the opportunity to work for an Australian-owned company that is a large established wholesaler nursery. They are a global family of breeders and researchers providing the Australian horticultural industry with the most commercially viable and innovative plants from around the world.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Yard maintenance
- Filling soil into pots
- Cleaning equipment
- Moving work benches between greenhouses
- Boxing livestock
- General nursery work (inc gapping, seed sowing, deflasking)
Skills and Experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to complete fine handwork
- MUST be a fast-paced worker and able to stand all-day
- Previous experience within the industry is highly regarded
Please note, the site is hard to get to by public transport so you will need to be able to drive to work or be driven to work.
