The Insurance Commission is a State owned Government Trading Enterprise that provides motor injury insurance to almost two million Western Australian motorists and manages the self-insurance arrangements of the Western Australian Government.
Generating $1.5 billion in annual revenue and earnings and with total assets of approximately $7 billion, the Insurance Commission is a substantial self–funded statutory authority.

The Role
We are establishing a pool of customer focused and enthusiastic Records Officers and Customer Services Officers for vacancies arising over the next 12 month period.
Customer Services Officer's and Records Officer's both provide customer focus front counter and telephone reception services. In addition to undertaking a range of record management and mail room services.

The Person

Record Officers will also have the capability to work with a customer service focus.
Customer Service Officer's will also have the capability to provide an effective customer focussed reception and visitor service.
Training, coaching and mentoring will be provided.

Appointment Information
Suitable applicants will be placed in an appointment pool for up to twelve months. Selection to the pool does not guarantee appointment. Appointments may be made from this pool as opportunities arise and may be full time or part time, permanent or contract, including contracts with the possibility of extension and/or conversion to permanency.
