Lead Educator Nursery

First Five Early Learning Victoria Point is seeking an experienced Lead Educator for our Nursery room. As a Nursery Lead Educator, responding to very young children’s wellbeing, learning, and development is your strength. You demonstrate high-level skills in creating a nurturing, respectful, and calm environment for babies, with a focus on trusting relationships and key moments for connection.

You understand how very young children learn through play. Your curriculum is responsive to babies' individual routines, their thinking, play schemas, and development. You join with families and community to nurture babies in their formative years. You position yourself as a learner, demonstrating responsibility for continuous practice improvement and reflective practice in infant and toddler pedagogy.
