- Provide nutritional support to patients by assisting patients with their meal selections according to their dietary, social and physical needs through the co-ordination of menus and meals using a computerised Bedside Menu Service
- Customer Service is delivered through a high standard of menu and meal service to ensure patient satisfaction
- Co-ordinate all patient food and beverage requirements from the patient care level to Food Services
- Encourage and promote communication between dietitians, food service staff and nursing staff on patient care levels to ensure patients’ needs are met
- Works collaboratively both within and outside the team and takes ownership of delivering accurate and timely results
- Manages own work load to deliver results which ensures department as a whole is productive and efficient
