About the Role

Designated duties are related to therapeutic diets and meal provision using CBORD (electronic menu management system), daily management of nutrition care plans including selective mid-meal delivery, meal-time monitoring, and other key tasks allocated by the Dietetic team.

• Demonstrate ability to follow procedures and work processes related to therapeutic diets and meal provision including competency in the use of CBORD electronic menu management system and other electronic systems.
• Undertake bedside same day menu ordering using CBORD to ensure patient dietary and individual requirements are considered for menu choices in meeting therapeutic requirements.
• Oversee accuracy of plated meals and delivery of selective mid-meals
• Undertake mealtime monitoring of patients and/or other key identified tasks and quality improvement activities as required and directed by the Dietetic team.
