This is an incredible opportunity to work as a full time, permanent O&G Staff Specialist at central north Queensland’s major hospital.

We are looking for a Senior Staff Specialist or Staff Specialist Obstetrician and Gynaecologist to join the dynamic O&G team where you can provide expert clinical services.

The Women’s Health Unit comprises maternity and specialist Obstetrics and Gynaecology services.

The department average 1400 babies born each year.

Fellowship to The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RANZCOG).

The hospital has recently enjoyed a major $408 Million overhaul and expansion doubling the number of beds to over 300 and increasing the size by 40,000m2 including a new Emergency Department. This is now a state of the art fully modern hospital and one of Australia's largest regional healthcare facilities.

You will work within a team environment, contributing to the provision of high standard clinical services to patients of the Health Service.
