We have an exciting position for a passionate and motivated Occupational Therapist to work across both a pediatric and adult caseload. This role is suited to someone who is looking to transition into a lead role. You will have the responsibility of training and mentoring graduates and junior clinicians. As a high performing Occupational Therapist, you will be able to proactively contribute to a team and help the business excel. You will work autonomously whilst having the support of a strong team environment. You will be comfortable with simultaneously running a fast-paced caseload, nurturing client relationships, and applying best practice
  
Skills and Experience

• Relevant tertiary qualification
• Registration with AHPRA (or close to obtaining)
• Flexible and approachable manner
• Confidence working within a multidisciplinary team
• Passion for improving the quality of life for children and/or adults with disability
• Experience in the NDIS/disability will be highly regarded
• National police check, WWCC, and drivers’ license are essential
• Have high standards and integrity
