We are seeking dynamic, client focused Occupational Therapists to join our multidisciplinary Allied Health Team. You will be working with a variety of clients across the aged and disability spectrum, providing appropriate community-based care.

The Position
In this role, you will support clients to improve their independence, achieve physical and social goals, and enjoy quality of life within the community. You will conduct appropriate assessments as per the client's needs and help them engage in activities they find meaningful, like self-care and leisure. By working independently and as a part of a multidisciplinary team across multiple services, you will enhance your clinical skills while developing long lasting professional relationships.

Essential Criteria
- Degree in Occupational Therapy with registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Current WA Driver's Licence
- Demonstrated clinical skills and experience in the provision of occupational therapy services.
- Demonstrated experience with evidence-based practice
- Excellent time management, organisational and communication skills.
- Able to work cooperatively in a team environment and autonomously with minimal supervision.
- Ability to determine priorities and manage workloads in order to meet agreed timelines and objectives.
- Demonstrated high level of written, interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to undertake an NDIS Workers Screening, Police Clearance, and a Drug and Alcohol Screen
Desirable Criteria
- NDIS and or Community Health Experience.
- An understanding of the unique issues affecting and impacting the health and wellbeing of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

Remuneration and conditions
Your salary will be dependent on your qualifications and experience. You can expect to be remunerated with an attractive package which includes a salary range from $85,000 to $110,000, 11% superannuation, a generous salary packaging opportunity of up to $15,900 and an annual corporate wardrobe allowance.
We also provide the use of a vehicle for work-related purposes, mobile phone and laptop.
