About this Opportunity...
You will work in the community with NDIS participants, Home Care Package clients as well as private clients. You will provide evidence-based Occupational Therapy services, help our clients meet their individual goals and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
About You...
This role requires:
- AHPRA registration
- Full working rights to work in Australia
- Committed to providing holistic person centred care
- Hold current National Police Check, Working with Children's check and NDIS Worker Check
- Driver's license and access to own vehicle
- Have your ABN
