Your new role
- You will deliver occupational therapy services based in the community and some hours in a clinic.
- Develop and implement high-quality individualised or group interventions for clients that are referred to the organisations.
- Ensure children are participating meaningfully in an inclusive environment.
- Build a meaningful relationship with the clients and their families.
- Manage a caseload with a high standard of practice and maintain confidentiality at all times.
What you'll need to succeed
- A Bachelor or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and registration and/or membership with your relevant professional body (AHPRA).
- A current driving licence and use of your own vehicle.
- Excellent communication, verbal and written, and ability to listen with attention to detail.
- An understanding of, or willingness to learn, evidenced-based approaches in developing and implementing early intervention programs for children.
- NSW Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screener Check clearance.
