Role Description
Ninja Allied Health is excited to announce a flexible, part-time or full-time role for an Occupational Therapist, centred around our NDIS-related services. This position allows for 2 to 5 days of work per week, with specific days to be determined jointly. Our client base is mainly located in the Moreton Bay and North Brisbane regions. Services are provided at our Strathpine office and through mobile visits, with a significant emphasis on paediatric clients (0-18 years old).
Role Overview:
• Develop and oversee bespoke therapy programmes for a diverse range of participants, aiming for superior outcomes.
• Conduct holistic assessments of participants' functional capabilities, encompassing physical and psychological dimensions.
• Utilise clinical expertise to create personalised goals tailored to clients' unique circumstances.
• Access mentorship and support from experienced clinical leaders to enhance your professional skills.
• Provide evidence-based support services that improve participants' life skills and independence.
• Offer recommendations for environmental adjustments, including the use of assistive technologies.

About You:
• Registered Occupational Therapist (AHPRA accreditation); open to all experience levels.
• Experience in NDIS service delivery is highly regarded.
• Current or readiness to obtain relevant checks (NDIS Worker Screening, Working with Children, Police Clearance).
• Valid driver’s licence and personal vehicle (reimbursement for vehicle usage available).
• Exceptional communication, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• A team-oriented individual with honesty, integrity, and a positive outlook.
