As a Community Occupational Therapist at Feros Care, you'll be a key player in delivering exceptional care and support to older adults. This is an autonomous role in the Eastern Metro region VIC. Flexibility to choose your days and hours, this is a part-time role with around 20 hours per week.
Your Role:
- Deliver 1:1 evidence-based in-home Occupational Therapy services.
- Focus on Home Care Package and Short-Term Restorative Care clients.
- Engage in mobile assessment, case management, and care coordination.
- Facilitate client connections to appropriate service providers and supports.
- Efficiently manage daily workload including travel, documentation, and administrative tasks.
About You:
- Must be a registered Occupational Therapist with AHPRA.
- Have a genuine passion for enhancing the lives of the elderly.
- Possess strong organisational, negotiation, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and client management software.
- Hold a current unrestricted Australian driver's license.
