If you join the SPOT team your work can look like…
- In-clinic therapy for our clients with a full cupboard of resources and toys on hand as well as a large shared resource room that is always growing!
- Opportunities to venture out of the clinic to visits schools, childcare, and preschools for observations and support on a termly basis for our clients
- Wednesday team time alternating from team learning, discipline specific meetings and learning, and team meetings regularly supplemented with coffees, lunch or snacks
- Work from home opportunities in school holidays
- Flexible finish time at the end of the day
- Professional development budget as well as 2 additional days on top of annual leave to attend PD
As an OT at SPOT within our team of speechies and OT's you will…
- Provide support for the kiddos that come to us for regulation, sensory processing, fine motor and gross motor skills, self care, sleep, toileting, pencil skills
- Have the opportunity to carry out joint therapy with a speechie for complex clients if needed
- Receive mentoring/supervision at the frequency you want
- With no travel time needed for therapy to get to schools or homes you have more time to complete admin in your day letting you leave on time at the end of the day taking no work home
- Let us know your favourite type of client to work with and we'll support you with building a caseload you enjoy
- Be an amazing asset to our team with valuable knowledge and skills to share!

Key Requirements
- AHPRA and OTA registration
- Driver's licence
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
- Current Working with Children Check
