Role and Responsibilities
- Assisting individuals to recover from injury and return to work through a client-centred approach, focusing on health and wellbeing.
- Managing a portfolio of cases including Workers Compensation NSW, NDIS, CTP ComCare and WHS.
- Conducting various Workplace Assessments, Functional and Vocational Assessments and Ergonomic Assessments.
- Return to work services for clients.
- Documenting case notes as part of reporting and compliance requirements.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
About You
- You must hold the same values as us.
- At least 2-5 years of proven work experience.
- AHPRA accreditation
- Have a passion for helping people.
- Hold a full driver’s license and access to own car
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
