Competitive hourly rate of $58.00 plus super
Benefit from weekly pays for financial stability
Monday to Friday, on a 3-month assignment with potential for extension
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive home-based clinical OT assessments and interventions for older individuals.
Assess occupational performance and participation, functional levels, and environmental suitability for assistive equipment.
Develop professional, clear, and concise clinical documentation and routine reports to organisational standards.
Provide expert assessment and prescription of home modifications and assistive equipment tailored to individual needs.
Work autonomously and collaboratively to deliver high-quality Occupational Therapy services within the community.
About You:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Community Care, with a strong background in Occupational Therapy, especially within Aged Care.
Demonstrated proficiency in manual handling and the provision of community-based Occupational Therapy services.
Current National Police Check and Working with Children Check.
Valid Driver's Licence and access to reliable transportation.
Level 2 First Aid Certificate.
Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
