Your Role & Responsibilities:
- Safeguard optimal patient care throughout the perioperative period.
- Maintain strict standards in the Scrub/Scout domain ensuring patient safety and smooth operations.
- Work cohesively with the multidisciplinary team ensuring timely and efficient care.
- Facilitate patient-focused outcomes, ensuring their comfort and understanding of procedures.
- Continuously educate yourself and your peers, championing best practices and clinical excellence.
- Uphold the principles and practices of infection control.
- Active AHPRA Registration.
- 3+ years of scrub experience.
- Proven expertise in an operating theatre setting.
- Strong team player with superior communication and interpersonal skills.
- Dedication to ongoing professional growth.
