As a Community Occupational Therapist at Feros Care, you'll be a key player in delivering exceptional care and support to older adults. This is an autonomous role that requires you to travel throughout the Darling Downs region, preferably based in or around the Toowoomba Regions, QLD. The position is Permanent part-time and there are 15 hours a week on offer.
Your Role:
- Deliver 1:1 evidence-based in-home Occupational Therapy services.
- Focus on Home Care Package and Short-Term Restorative Care clients.
- Engage in mobile assessment, case management, and care coordination.
- Facilitate client connections to appropriate service providers and supports.
- Efficiently manage daily workload including travel, documentation, and administrative tasks.
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary Range: $65,430 - $97,305 + superannuation.
- Sign-On Bonus: Up to $5,000.
- Tax-Free Benefits: Salary packaging up to $15,899 p.a. + Meal and Entertainment Card ($2,650 pre-tax).
- Travel Reimbursement: 96c per km.
- Equipment: Smartphone, laptop, and specific tools provided.
- Support: Full rostering and administrative support for appointment management.

About You:
- Qualifications: AHPRA Registered Occupational Therapist.
- Skills: Passion for working with older adults, excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Technology: Proficient in MS Office and client management software.
- License: Current unrestricted driver's license.
