We have a team of around 60. This means we are big enough to make a difference and not too big where you don't know who everyone is.
About the position
Being an Occupational Therapist at Tashacare means you will
- Work closely with NDIS clients to improve independence and achieve goals.
- Continue to develop your skills through our comprehensive orientation and professional development program including 2 paid days and a $5000 budget per year per person.
- Deliver quality outcomes for clients through application of our Practice Framework and Clinical Excellence.
- Manage your own mixed caseload in line with our wait list and client needs to
- Request your client preferences
- Manage the frequency of appointments
- Work in our Northcote clinic, in the community and from home
- Experience work life balance with your choice of start and end times in line (8 to 4, 9 to 5, 10 to 6)
About you
You are passionate about making a real difference in the community and in the lives of people with a disability.
- You are an experienced OT or a 2024 grad or graduating in 2025 who is looking for a supportive environment
- You like to variety of working in the community setting
- You want to improve our clients independence through your longer term commitment and relationships
- You have your own car to work with our clients in the community.
- You thrive on working with others, their success is your success and are wanting to develop in a multidisciplinary organisation.
