We have an exciting opportunity for a suitably experienced and enthusiastic Occupational Therapist. We are seeking applications for the position of Senior Clinician in the Adult Occupational Therapy team within the Primary Health and Sub Acute Services

Bellarine Community Health (BCH) is the major provider of primary health care services to the Bellarine Peninsula. BCH is a not-for-profit health care provider with close links to our community operating from five sites across the Bellarine.
About the team
The BCH Adult Occupational Therapy team is a very well-regarded clinical group who provide high-quality home-based services to clients on the Bellarine Peninsula from a variety of client demographics and funding streams.
About the role
The Occupational Therapist (Grade 3) will have a substantial clinical role as well as being responsible for the provision of clinical supervision for the Occupational Therapy team of 4.3 EFT (plus Allied Health Assistant of 0.8). They will also have a key role in Occupational Therapy service development, the identification of expansion opportunities and planning for the service into the future.

- Tertiary Occupational Therapy qualifications
- Registration with AHPRA
- Minimum of 7 years' experience
- Demonstrated Clinical Expertise in the provision of high-quality OT service to adult clients
- Ability to act as a team and clinical leader for a dynamic staff of health professionals
- An understanding of relevant funding streams and the management of operational targets
- Supportive and client focused approach
- Applicants with a relevant post graduate qualification would be considered favourably
