Position Summary
GRADE 3 OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST - HAND THERAPY
- Fixed term (maternity leave cover) part time - 31.5 hours per week

About the role
An exciting opportunity is available for a skilled and passionate Occupational Therapist with clinical experience working in Hand Therapy to join our occupational therapy team on a fixed term basis until approximately December 2024. The position offers an opportunity to lead an experienced team of Occupational Therapists and apply excellent clinical skills in acute Hand Therapy.

About you
To be successful in this role you will possess:
- Extensive Hand Therapy clinical experience.
- Ability to lead development, implementation and evaluation of models of care, guidelines, policies and procedures
- Demonstrated knowledge and skills in the management of upper limb conditions and commitment to ongoing professional development and specialization.
- Highly developed interpersonal and leadership experience
- A strong commitment to high quality care
- The ability to work as part of a diverse team
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead the development of others
