Occupational Therapist | New Graduate Program | Clinic & Community Based

• Salary starting from $70,000 - $110,000 + Super
• Mixed Ages caseload tailored to your interests
• Hybrid work model; 2 days clinic, 2 days in the community and one day WFH for admin

Looking for a role that allows you to tailor your caseload to your interests and specialties? Offering flexible working hours in a variety of different settings, Professional Development opportunities and a mixed caseload- this position is all about autonomy!

All levels of experience are encouraged to apply. Full-time and Part-time Positions are available.

About the position:

• 2 days clinic, 2 days community, 1-day admin
• Clinic space located near Hawthorne
• Caseload: Mixed Paediatric and Adult caseload 
• Designing individualised, family-centred and holistic therapy programs for clients.
• Implement strategic tasks using an assortment of resources that promote;
  • Fine motor and hand dexterity skills; scissor cutting, 
  • Cognition; attention and concentration
  • Self-care skills; tying shoelaces, dressing and toileting,
  • Social and emotional development; turn taking, play

Support Provided:

• 2 weeks induction program with a Senior OT
• Discuss professional goals, and create Professional Development plan liaising with Senior OT to ensure you achieve those goals
  
• Structured supervision either weekly or fortnightly to discuss challenging caseloads

• Salary between $70,000 to $110,000 + Super (Depending on experience)

Requirements:

• Full APHRA registration 
• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
• Hold a current driver’s license 
• Working With Children Check
