About the position:
- 2 days clinic, 2 days community, 1-day admin
- Clinic space located near Hawthorne
- Caseload: Mixed Paediatric and Adult caseload
- Designing individualised, family-centred and holistic therapy programs for clients.
- Implement strategic tasks using an assortment of resources that promote;
- Fine motor and hand dexterity skills; scissor cutting,
- Cognition; attention and concentration
- Self-care skills; tying shoelaces, dressing and toileting,
- Social and emotional development; turn taking, play
- 2 weeks induction program with a Senior OT
- Discuss professional goals, and create Professional Development plan liaising with Senior OT to ensure you achieve those goals
- Structured supervision either weekly or fortnightly to discuss challenging caseloads
- Work within a passionate team of Allied Health Professionals; Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Psychologists, Dietitians, and Physios
- Enjoy social events such as birthdays, team wins, dinners and lunches out, Cork and Canvas and Escape Rooms
- Build life long friendships in a team of like minded individuals
- Salary between $70,000 to $110,000 + Super (Depending on experience)

- Full APHRA registration
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Hold a current driver’s license
