Occupational Therapist – Graduate to Experienced
Employment Term: Full Time or Part Time (minimum 3 days per week)
Total Remuneration Package $85,000 - $100,000 + travel allowance +bonus +Superannuation + 4 mental health day off

We are seeking passionate Occupational Therapists who based in Victoria to join our team in delivering support and implement strategies to improve client lives and achieve their goals.
About the Role
At Renew OT, we have the privilege of providing OT services to a variety of people that rely on us to improve their lives.
Working with clients with a range of conditions including neurological conditions, ASD, physical disabilities and many more. You will have the ability to assess their needs, design appropriate therapy plans and advocate on their behalf.
Providing support in the areas of home modifications (both complex and simple); equipment prescription including mobility aids, positioning supports, bathroom aids and seating; assistive technology across a range of areas including self-care, low tech and learning aids; and ongoing therapy intervention sessions to improve their functional level and mental health.
Typical requirements include:
- Supporting NDIS participants through various assessments, interventions, assistive technology prescriptions, ongoing Capacity building therapy and home modifications.
- Completing case management notes and report writing on participant services.
- Liaise and collaborate with participants' families, medical practitioners and allied health professionals as required.
The role is "work from home"; as such, your time will be recognized from the moment you leave your front door until you return, as will any fuel costs associated with the journey.
Qualifications & experience
- A Bachelor of Occupational Therapy, Bachelor of Applied Science (Occupational Therapy) or recognised equivalent degree
- New graduate is welcome to apply
- Current AHPRA registration
- Current Drivers License without any restrictions
- Current Working with Children Check
