This is a Part Time role at a medium sized facility where you will perform evaluations of residents to assess their unique capabilities and promote their physical and emotional well-being. You will have a crucial role in crafting person-centered care plans aimed at enhancing the quality of life for our residents.

The Role:
As an Occupational Therapist, you'll deliver evidence-based care to clients under Aged Care funding. Collaborating closely with clients and care facilitators, you'll enable individuals to maintain independence in their own homes for as long as possible. This role also involves close collaboration with their Lifestyle Coordinator to create, execute, oversee, and evaluate programs designed to foster independence and improve the quality of life for residents.
About You:
- Degree in Occupational Therapy with current AHPRA registration
- Post-graduate experience in aged care settings
- Ability to assess needs and tailor programs for aged care clients in the community
- Familiarity with wellness, re-ablement, and restorative care practices
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills
- Proficient in relevant software for remote work
- First aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
