SalaryRehab@Home are looking for an Occupational Therapist to join their team. The Rehab@Home service is a multi-disciplinary, time limited community service providing rehabilitation, restorative care and urgent maintenance level services to clients including Transition Care Program (TCP) within the Metro South at Home (MSH@Home) service.

About the Role
The purpose of this role is to deliver occupational therapy services within the Rehab@Home service.
This includes:
• Detailed clinical assessment, patient education, therapeutic intervention and/or management and assistance with discharge planning within a multi-disciplinary context.
• Clinical education, training and supervision of students and allied health assistants.
• Participation and contribution to quality improvement and research activities under the guidance of senior staff
