- Demonstrate Advanced Clinical skills in the area of generalist and specialist rehabilitation to deliver In-reach Rehabilitation within a shared care model for inpatients in an acute setting.
- Providing service wide evidence based Occupational Therapy clinical and professional advice on specialised clinical areas and service delivery models in the area of In-reach rehabilitation for patients of a complex nature. Including taking a lead role in skill development of less experienced staff.
- Demonstrate collaborative clinical leadership and expertise obtained through significant professional development activities, post graduate education or formal qualifications and actively pursues development and learning opportunities, including contribution to training of Occupational Therapy and other health professionals.
- Lead innovative quality/service improvement activities and contribute to research of significant scope and clinical importance to Occupational Therapy, seeking outcomes that influence standards of clinical practice and the delivery of services to meet local needs and influence broader organisational goals including publishing/presenting relevant work broadly.
