Position Overview:
We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapists and Speech Pathologists to join our team in the Melbourne and wider Victoria area. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients' needs and develop individualized therapy plans.
• Implement evidence-based intervention strategies to address clients' goals and improve their functional abilities.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including other therapists, educators, and caregivers, to ensure coordinated care and holistic support.
• Provide education and training to clients, families, and caregivers to promote independence and enhance their understanding of therapy techniques.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of client progress and therapy outcomes.
• Stay abreast of current research and best practices in occupational therapy or speech pathology and integrate new knowledge into practice.

Qualifications:
For Occupational Therapist:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development.

For Speech Pathologist:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Registration with Speech Pathology Australia.
• Experience working with individuals with communication and swallowing disorders preferred.
• Excellent clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
• Dedication to providing high-quality, client-centered care.
