Salary/Perks

Responsibilities:
Conduct initial assessments of occupational performance, including participant's strengths, weaknesses, and functional abilities.
Develop individualised treatment plans based on assessment findings and goals.
Implement therapeutic interventions to improve participant's fine motor skills, visual-motor skills, sensory processing, and self-regulation.
Collaborate with other professionals and caregivers to ensure that therapy is integrated into the client's daily routine and environment.
Document progress and communicate with families, educators, and other professionals about the participant's progress and treatment plan.
Stay current on research and best practices in occupational therapy.
