Your Position:
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to: -
- Implementing the Process Improvement and Innovation Program across the directorate
- Developing, overseeing and implementing change, education and engagement strategies and programs for any change implementation with team members and organisation
- Managing, developing and implementing supporting systems for improved business services for the directorate
- Respond to audit requirements and identify options for mitigation and rectification of issues
- Provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders
To be successful in this role you will have: -
- Tertiary qualifications, at degree level in Business Administration, Information Technology, Change Management or equivalent.
- Tertiary qualifications or certification in applying quality management frameworks (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, TQM)
- Ability to communicate effectively and sensitively, whilst developing working relationships with all stakeholders
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in project management
- Demonstrated knowledge and ability to lead process improvement and innovation programs, in addition to stakeholder engagement for change management initiatives
- High level attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and completeness in documenting requirements, analysing data, and identifying potential issues or risks
- Knowledge of change management principles with experience in process, system and team culture improvements
- Availability to work out of hours and on weekends as required
Key Requirements:

- Current Driver's License
