The Opportunity

As a high performing Occupational Therapist, you will be able to proactively contribute to a team and help the business excel. You will work autonomously whilst having the support of a strong team environment. You will be comfortable with simultaneously running a fast-paced caseload, nurturing client relationships, and applying best practice strategies and processes, using case management technologies.
You must be passionate about working with clients requiring services across different environments including homes, schools, and community programs. Your Key Responsibilities will include:
- Completing high quality clinical services and assessments including Home Modifications Assessments (including complex), Supported Independent Living (SIL) Assessments, Sensory Assessments, Assistive Technology (AT) Assessments, Activities of Daily Living, ADL) Assessments, Functional Capacity Assessments, Functional Daily Living Skills, Assessments, Workplace Assessments, and any other OT services as required.
- You will assess clients with a wide range of acute and chronic disorders and implementing effective Occupational Therapy programs and interventions.
- You will maintain documentation in a professional and confidential manner and in accordance with company policies.
- You will effectively communicate with staff members, health professionals, clients, and family with regards to provision of Occupational Therapy services.
