Occupational Therapy is relatively new to The Holt Bolt, so this would suit someone who is looking for a new and exciting role, where they can shape their role. This would suit people who are looking to break away from the cycle of billable hours and want to focus more on the outcomes of their clients.
The ideal candidate will be able to use their experience as an Occupational Therapist to engage with our Bolters and assist them achieve their goals - both personal and NDIS. The successful OT will have a hybrid role - a combination of hands on 1:1 sessions/assessments and consulting on future program developments and directions.
We have an exisiting client base, which will transfer to you - we take care of all the billing, scheduling and the rest - leaving you to focus on being the best OT that you can be. There is flexibility to work across all our locations, including Hervey Bay. You'll also be working alongside our team of Exercise Physiologists, Mentors and Employment Coaches.
