You will be responsible to enable people to participate in their day to day tasks and improve & their Quality of Life.
Home modification assessment and recommendations with relevant information
Pressure injury risk reviews and management
Occupational Health & safety
Equipment assessment, recommendations, applications and report writing
Ensuring all recommendations meet legal requirements of Australian Standards (where applicable)
Maintaining high-quality standard documentation and paper work
Liaising with other health professionals to provide optimum care to our clients
