The Opportunity
We are looking for a Team Leader to join LHS on a full-time basis and support us in establishing a clinic within Adelaide. You will have the opportunity to play an instrumental role in shaping our service provision, how the clinic looks, and building the team.
The successful applicant will be supporting our clinical team to challenge the status quo of our industry. Help us show everyone that a non-billable is not only possible, but also the we it should be done. You will be mentoring and guiding a team of varied experiences, personalities, and backgrounds who are invested in creating a difference in our industry. You will:
- support our clinical team to achieve great clinical outcomes for their clients
- have a pivotal role in the learning, development, and growth of the team
- participate in training and business development opportunities. Help guide the direction of the business and shape our brand
- have a say. Your voice and opinion matters. We value your experience and want to hear what you have to say
- manage a reduced clinical caseload across a range of needs and diagnoses with the opportunity to work to your strengths and practice areas of interest.
We are looking for a commencement in this role in February/March 2024
About you
To be successful, you will be professional, organised, and motivated to help foster new and existing talent in our team. You will be experienced and knowledgeable in the NDIS space and consider yourself a lifelong learner. We are seeking someone who:

Skills and Experience
To be eligible for this role, you will have a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy or equivalent obtained through a WFOT approved organisation/program. You must also:
- a minimum of 5+ years experience practicing as an OT
- a minimum of 3 years experience practicing in the NDIS space
- a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role
- be registered with AHRPA
- provide evidence of a National Police Check
- hold an ACT Working with Vulnerable People card
- have a current driver’s licence and regular access to a car
