Successful Global International Freight Forwarder and Logistics organisation has a temporary assignment available to start ASAP for a period 6 months with the potential to extend.
Our ideal candidate is immediately available and has:
- Prior experience within the freight forwarding industry.
- Proficiency in freight forwarding processes, operational knowledge, and customer service practices.
- Ocean Export knowledge
The role
• Be the liaison point for all Export Customers including processing of documentation
• Export Ocean processes & reporting requirements as required
• Co-ordinate bookings with customers, transport, airlines
• Be the liaison point with our overseas offices & agents
• Pro-actively update customers on any issues that may occur
Location: Banksmeadow, NSW
Hourly rate: Will depend on your experience.
WFH: Flexibility after training
