This job is to manage and oversee the company's export services, operations, and Technical Sales. This involves maintaining awareness of market conditions and tariffs, arranging meetings with clients to explore new sales opportunities, evaluating customer requests, providing quotations and negotiating prices, arranging delivery of goods and services, managing client rates and tariffs in CargoWise, promoting and broadening the range of services offered by the company, ensuring compliance with global business rules, and communicating with authorities, customers, and suppliers to provide efficient, positive, and lawful relations, support and activities.

 

Job Description:

·        Maintain awareness of export services market conditions and the company’s export tariffs and communicate changes to the sales department.

·        Arrange meetings with clients to discuss current export tariffs and explore new trade lines and sales opportunities.

·        Evaluate customer requests, assess the scope of work, and offer appropriate service.

·        Provide quotations on export services and negotiate prices with vendors and service providers.

·        Follow up with customers to obtain feedback on quotations and services provided.

·        Monitor customers’ requirements and communicate the changes to sales, customer service and operations management.

·        Maintain the concept of minimum service standards.

·        Collaborate with and support internal and external teams.

·        Arrange delivery of goods, installation of equipment and provision of services.

·        Maintain clients’ rates and tariffs in CargoWise up to date.

·        Promote and broaden the range of services provided by the company to existing and new customers.

·        Ensure understanding and compliance with Global Business Rules related to sales and operations.

·        Define customers’ reporting requirements and specific system configuration.

·        Develop and update standard operating procedures for customers.

·        Prepare and coordinate the necessary documents and operations to execute export activities efficiently, cost-effectively, and lawfully.

·        Communicate with authorities, customers, and suppliers to ensure efficient, positive, and lawful relations, support, and activities.

Qualifications:

·        Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics or Supply Chain Management.

·        Relevant work experience in export operations, logistics, sales or supply chain management.

·        Strong knowledge of trade regulations, export procedures, and documentation requirements.

·        Proficiency in using computer systems and software for data analysis, reporting, and communication.

·        Experience with CargoWise or other logistics software is desirable.

·        Fluency in English
