Successful Global International Freight Forwarder and Logistics organisation has a temporary assignment available to start ASAP for a period 6 months with the potential to extend.
Our ideal candidate is immediately available and has:
Prior experience within the freight forwarding industry.
Proficiency in freight forwarding processes, operational knowledge, and customer service practices.
Ocean Export knowledge
The role
Be the liaison point for all Export Customers including processing of documentation
Export Ocean processes & reporting requirements as required
Co-ordinate bookings with customers, transport, airlines
Be the liaison point with our overseas offices & agents
Pro-actively update customers on any issues that may occur
Location: Banksmeadow, NSW
Hourly rate: Will depend on your experience.
WFH: Flexibility after training
