About the Role:
Ss a Showroom Sales Consultant with our luxury flooring company, you will be at the forefront of our business, engaging with clients to understand their unique project requirements. Your main responsibilities will include guiding clients through our exquisite showroom and product range, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs. You'll also be responsible for generating and sending quotes, managing customer inquiries across various channels, and collaborating with our dedicated team to ensure exceptional customer experiences from start to finish. Plus, with our commitment to your professional growth, there's a clear pathway for advancement to a Sales Business Development Manager role for the right candidate.
$80k - $90k + Super + incentivies
About You:
We're on the lookout for a motivated and enthusiastic individual with a background in customer service or sales. If you have a passion for the design and construction industry and possess outstanding organizational skills coupled with attention to detail, we want to hear from you! Your excellent presentation, written communication, and interpersonal skills, along with a knack for providing exceptional customer service, will set you apart. Confidence in greeting customers and showcasing our product range is essential, as is the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Skills & Preferred Experience:
Experience or passion for the design and construction industry
Previous work in a customer service environment
Excellent written communication skills
