Adelaide Taxi Trucks is a family-owned business seeking an Office Administration person to come in and grow with us. This role will be spread across Office Administration and compliance functions, you will bring a hands-on professional approach and be keen to work at all levels, from undertaking the continual development and implementation of strategic compliance policies and procedures and do accounting from invoicing to reconciling and all Office Administration duties with the ability to work on your own and as part of our team.

Tasks & Responsibilities
- Weekly collation, review & validation/amendment of weekly candidate timesheets for 40+ staff for our payroll officer
- Set-up and maintenance of employee records
- Administration duties / reporting
- Set-up and maintenance of truck and vehicle records
- Xero accounting – invoicing and reconciling
- We are constantly needing our compliance updated to keep inline with the National standards and training of all drivers and office staff in compliance with the operations managers.
- Ad Hoc Tasks as Required
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2 year’s experience in a similar role
- Ability to interpret and apply various Award Conditions.
- Advanced User of Xero software.
- Sound knowledge of computing skills in word processing, spreadsheet and database applications.
- Compliance experience preferred but training can and will be provided.
